Active Use of Subscription Required:

Latero’s service is designed for active engagement. Refunds will not be granted solely due to non-usage of the platform. We encourage you to take full advantage of our features, including lead capture and direct communication tools.

Cancellation Guidelines:

To cancel your subscription, please do so by contacting us at least 5 business days before your next billing period starts. Cancellation requests made within the 5-day window may not be eligible for a refund but we will try our hardest to accomodate your needs. Follow our cancellation process or contact our support team for assistance.

Outstanding Payments:

Any pending invoices must be settled even if you choose to cancel your subscription. Refunds or credits will not be provided for any outstanding charges.
